FieldFlowHub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our software-as-a-service application and website (collectively, the “Service”).
These practices should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect

- Billing Information: If we introduce paid plans, payment details, billing address, and transaction history may be collected. Payment details are processed directly by our payment processor. During soft launch the Service is offered at no charge and we do not collect payment card information.
- User Content: Any data or configuration you input into the Service (for example, saved sites and account preferences).
- Communications: Information sent when you contact customer support or request information.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device details, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
- Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Standard cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session (including authentication), enforce anonymous browse limits, and understand user engagement.
Information from Other Sources
The FieldFlowHub catalog includes public-record construction and parcel data (and derived signals such as activity scores). That catalog content is generally not personal account data you submit; see our Terms of Service for how public-record data is presented.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following business and operational purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: Creating and managing user accounts, delivering catalog and map features, personalizing trade preferences, and providing customer support.
- To Improve and Optimize: Analyzing usage trends and performance to enhance features, usability, and system infrastructure.
- To Communicate: Sending transactional notices, operational updates, administrative messages, and security alerts.
- To Ensure Security: Monitoring for, preventing, and detecting fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized activity.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: Meeting statutory, regulatory, and legal reporting requirements.
4. Data Security & Retention
- Security: We employ industry-standard technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure.
- Retention: We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, maintain active user accounts, or comply with legal obligations. Public-record catalog data is refreshed on our data pipeline schedule and is not treated as your user content for account deletion purposes.

- Access and Portability: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before fulfilling a request.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., analytics platforms, map tile providers, external APIs, or a contact form provider). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7. Updates to This Privacy Policy
